Election Committee on behalf of the Executive Committee of the KEMCA UK is seeking for the nominations for elections of the Executive Committee.  You may have received an earlier notification from the Executive Committee with the nomination form which was sent to you on 18^th January 2012.    If you have already returned the nomination form then you do not need to send it again.  There was a need to modify the forms and hence a delay in sending you these forms and  election schedule is given below.  Revised nomination form is also attached.   These forms are available on bottom of this page and also will be emailed to all kemcolians on KEMCA UK list serv.

 The possible positions include Chairperson, Secretary, Social Secretary, Treasurer, 3 Executive members and 3 Regional Executive members (north, south and mid UK).   For duties of the above posts; please refer to the KEMCA UK constitution.

To take part in elections you need to be a paid member of the KEMCA UK.  If you are not a member yet, then complete the attached form and return its copy either by post or by e-mail to Dr Tufail (mtufailtoor@hotmail.co.uk) and submit standing order form to your bank preferably.

KEMCA UK is well established and has been involved in many educational and charitable events over the years.  We encourage you to actively participate in these elections to elect an able executive committee to take our agenda into new heights.

Last date to become a member to vote: 31^st March 2012

Return of nominations by: Friday 16^th March 2012

Ballots to mail on: Monday 2^nd April 2012   

Last date of return of ballots: Monday 30^th April 2012   

Results at the AGM on 7^th July 2012
